Basic legal for lettings
OUR MOST POPULAR COURSE Designed for anyone from the junior to the chairman, this course covers legal responsibilities, the various housing acts and consumer protection.
This is a 3 hour course and is priced at £550 if we travel to you or £99 per person if held at our training centre.

Compliance course
This course is really designed for Senior negotiators, assistant managers, property managers, office managers and owners. It encompasses everything you need to do in order to not fall foul of Trading Standards or the Property ombudsman redress schemes. It also helps create safer systems in your offices and explains agent / client liabilities.
The course is £550 if we travel to you or £99 per person if held at our training centre. The training centre can hold a maximum of 16 people. This is a 3.5 hour course.

Gaining possession course
This new course is for owners, managers and administrators and covers everything you need to know about evicting a tenant. It is not meant to replace your legal services provider who may deal with possessions on your behalf but it can inform you of what is required to successfully get your property back. The course costs £400 if we travel to you or £80 per person if held at our training centre. This is a 2.5 hour course.

Basic legal concepts of letting agency
Another new course for senior negotiators, assistant managers, managers and owners. We will explain to you all about your legal obligations to your client, the contracts you use, the various notices and much more. Companion course to the Compliance course above.
This is a 3 hour course and is priced at £450 if we travel to you or £85 per person if held at our training centre.

Deregulation Act 2015
Since October 1st last year this course has proved to be very popular, now that the first batch of tenancies have or are about to expire and agents are starting to use the dreaded new Notice FORM 6A, this course is a must. It is a 2 hour course covering deposits, notices and documents. It is ideal for anybody from the most junior to the most senior and clients as well.
The cost of the course is £250 if we travel to you or £50 per person if held at our training centre
